On top of all of this, i met up with a friend at work yesterday and met HER friend. And hopefully if all goes according to plan, i can totally get a "third job."
IU has this system where if you are not able to take notes, the university pays for a fellow classmate to take them for you. They send out a mass email and pick someone. Well. Garlia (my friend) told HER friend (jill?) that i take great notes (which i do.) and her friend is going to talk to her person and see if i can't be given the job. So, basically, i'm gonna get paid to go to class. And i'll photocopy my notes and life will be amazing. ;) $8 an hour to sit and do what i'd normally be doing. PLUS, i'd feel like i'd have to take the best notes EVER because her grade would be riding on what i was writing.
I really hope i can get it. ;)
Anyway, enough of this. I wonder who i work with today. It's a long stretch at the cstore. A whopping 6 hours. So as drunk week concludes (and i have not been drunk the past 2 or 3 days), and the school year starts, i wish the best for you all.
