gosh, i know it has been forever since i have updated. i'm so lazy!!

work is going very well. In the 5 months that since i have been working, and lots of good luck, i'll be moving up a position. The raise won't be as much as i would have expected, but i understand that there is a budget and it is a small company. However, it makes me want to work for a big company when i 'grow up' and (hopefully) go into publishing. Being a renaissance woman and knowing and doing everything is nice because you hardly ever have questions, but it also REALLY sucks because, well, you konw how to do everything and everyone depends on you and then when you need to take personal time, everything gets screwed up and then i feel guilty and i guess that just means that i am too good of a worker. Whatever. :)

so i'll be leasing instead of just a receptionist job. i love lee and i love it when she is there, but we NEED to get a 4th desk somewhere for her. It's going to be freaking madness when she AND lindsey want to work. jesus christ. it's so busy. and hectic.

today was a good day for the company and that makes me happy. though the party didn't go well.

i'm going with joy to see Jada B perform tonight. huzzah!

i got to take a 2 hour lunch today so i could help clean up. that's awesome!

and free pizza. rock it!

that's about it really. i go to work. i come home. i knit or read. watch some tv. sleep. repeat.

i want to get into working out though. I just want to find a good time when no one is downstairs working out. i get all self conscious.

i have also saved almost 2,000 for the new apt. who knew i could save money?!

AND my bills are getting paid. that's freaking awesome.
