Long Weekend of Fun

So it was quite the weekend..that started on *thursday*!! sweet.
Thursday:
The adult swim pub crawl. See previous entry for details & pictures.
Friday:
Catfight at the bird!! I texted most everyone i knew that coudl go and it was just me and dave. Surprise. ;) So we went and it was dead. d-e-d, dead. so we went to scotty's to get some drinks before the concert started. Yay for pitchers. But the sam adam's winter seasonal beer was heavy and sat funny with both of us. Then back to the bird and rocked out with catfight for a while. Got dave a rum & coke and myself a long island. stomach did weird things and then after it calmed down, went over to 9th street bar, where dave knew the bouncer (surprise!) and met up with big d, joe and jeremy. But the band had finished so we all walked to upstairs, but dave was ready to go home so we did.
I said i wanted taco bell, so he took my keys (i gave them willingly) and we went to the taco HELL on third street. For the SECOND time they gave me no hot/fire sauce, but this time put on like an entire tomato on my tacos and didn't give dave a spork or any napkins. Boycott in order. Then back here to fall asleep.
Saturday:
Dave called around 11:30 to make sure i was awake and i got ready for the "home brewers bbq." Apprently, saturday was INTERNATIONAL teach a friend to home brew day. So the hop jockeys had a bbq. I met some very cool people, learned the basics of making beer at home, saw 170 degree water pour over someone's hand, watched dave and dan attmept to play horseshoes, and drank way too much beer. It was so much fun. we were there from like, 1 to 6. then back home and took a nap. Woke up (with a bit of a hangover i think...) and had dinner @ applebee's and then picked up sarah and met amy, beth, holtz, lindsy, and kristin to celebrate kristin's finishing of the GRE!!! then off to nick's, too crowded then to Kilroy's. Jeremy was there and we went back to nick's but it was still too crowded so Jeremy went to upstairs or jungle room or somehting and we went up north walnut. Back to 9th street where there was a band (Who played "dark side of the moon"!!! WOAH!!) and dave, amy, linds, and kristin got some dancin' in. Jeremy warned that cops were patrolling on foot, so i passed the word along and then it was time to go home. Dave sarah and i went to Bloomington Bagel Company for some yummy bagels then dave and i watched 1/2 of zoolander and he went home and i went to bed.
Sunday:
Goodwill-ed it up wthe selection.ere both rather disappointed in the selection. Then big lots and dollar general (yay for cheapness) and then to beth's for S7 dinner. YUM!! how incredible! i lvoe our friends so much!!!! Now it is time to bathe and get ready for the Incubus concert that i'll be attending with the one and only joy. Tomorrow is the Colts Monday Night football. I say Macree's at 8.30 or so (i think the game is at 9). Let me know what ya'll wanna do.
